Live YouTube Streaming with Student Slides
The graduation was streamed live on YouTube so family members and friends who could not attend could watch the ceremony from anywhere.
The client also wanted online viewers to see a slide containing information about each student as they walked out. We integrated the slide deck with the live camera feeds, creating a seamless presentation that introduced every graduate while still showing the ceremony as it happened.
Wireless Microphones and Audio Coordination
Five wireless microphones were used for the presenters and speakers during the event. Green Bay AV worked closely with another production company responsible for the main sound system.
This coordination allowed us to receive clear program audio for the video production and YouTube livestream while the other company managed sound for the audience inside the venue.
